Re: Correct it for me, please.

    Hi all.
Next week, I will give my teacher the assigment ( so important). I do it about "My opinion about Tom Hanks (In film "The Terminal")". I divided into 3 paragraphs.
This is my first paragraph. Thanks for reading, please help me all friends.

I like studying English, because it is a nice language in the world. English helps me much more than I have thought. Therefore, I can understand interesting English stories or helpful information about studying English or know the most English news in the world. Now, I know some good methods studying English well. Fortunately, one week ago, I watched a funny movie film “The Terminal”. I studied a creative way studying English by Mr. Viktor Navorski who is the main character in the film “The Terminal”. He comes from Krakozhia where do not speak English as the main language. He goes to New York to complete the promised by his father.

Re: Correct it for me, please.

well, old teachers is bad becuse it´s a bit offensive to call a person "old"
then I think you either mean previous/ex - teachers or as michelle suggested retired ( no longer working)...

I want to know if one can write this way:

In Vietnam, there are many holidays in a year and the traditional holidays are the most important ones.

What is actually the difference between the sentence I wrote and the sentence anhtu wrote?
