    Exclamation How this sentences sound in English..?

    Could you help me to translate this sentence in english please..

    En el momento que el policia me dijo que moviera el bus, los pasajeros se estaban bajando en ese preciso momento, de tal manera que se enojo ( el policia) por no seguirlas intrucciones, y me queria poner un ticket.

    A reasonably literal translation:

    At the precise moment the police told me to move the bus, the passengers were just disembarking, so that the police got angry for my failure to follow their instructions and gave me a ticket.
