    Smile flip the beat

    Could you explain the mening of the phrase "flip the beat". I saw it as a title of a song. Thank you in advance.

    I'm not really sure, but it could be something to do with when a DJ is playing 2 records at the same time and changes what the listener hears by going from one record to the other using the fader. Or it could just mean to change the beat.

    Can anyone clarify this?
