    Default organise?

Is there any situation in which we could write "organise" instead of "organize"?
    Thanks!

Yes, if you were a British English speaker/writer. "ise" is BE and "ize" is AE. This is one of the main spelling differences between the two. Also very very common spelling differences are (AE first):- center/centre and labor/labour.
