    Question Phonetics of "Dunelm" ???

What exactly would be the Phonetic of the company name "Dunelm" in UK, which is often known as "Dunelm Mill" selling furnitures & fabrics.

    http://www.dunelm-mill.com/DunElmSit...me/default.asp

Pronunciation of this word, I've heard so far as I've known, has silent "m" sound & the sound of "e" itself is also non-existence.

Seems the company itself is British but the name sounds not quite English ??? Which language could this name be derived from ??? Would it be German (bearing in mind Germany's well-known for furniture industry) ???

You've got me on this one- I would have pronounced the 'm' there. I'll ask around and see if I can find out.

My sister has recently started working as an Accountant in this firm & bearing in mind my addiction for Language & how anal retentive I could be towards Phonetic & Pronunciation, she asked me to pronounce it.

I got it wrong, which made her happy :( & THEN she corrected me saying the people there say it as "dun.l" i.e. phonetic (as far as I know) sounds like "dVn.l" (I've used Sampa translation, here)
