    Cool please check any grammar mistakes in business writing

    I am not sure if the following sentences are ok when writing a business letter. if you find any problems, could you please correct them? Thanks in advance.

    1.We are most anxious to ensure that [B]we are making our best efforts to offer the best satisfaction to our customers.[/B

    ]2. Due to the limited inventory of this product,we suggest you place an order immediately


    3. Settlement of this account, unfortunately, have been already overdue by over 30days.

    4.it is our common process to check trade reference before new account's open.

    1. is a little bit "wordy". Perhaps - "We place emphasis on customer satisfaction".

    2. fine.

    3. should be "is overdue" as you are talking about the current situation at time of writing.

    4. It is our practice (or policy) to check (or confirm) trade references before a new account is opened.

    For #3, you could also simply say: "This account is over 30 days past due."

    Traditionally, in a friendly collection reminder, you would say something like: "Please be reminded that our payment terms are Net 30 (or whatever your company's terms are). Your account is presently over 30 days past due."
