    I want to learn some knowledge about formal and informal of English!I am going to give a speech about this topic,but the materials which Iknow is so short! thanks a lot!

    Am I right that you have not found much on the difference between formal and informal English?

    There's plenty of stuff here on formal language- try OWL and other sites. Have a look at the slang and colloquialism section for some informal stuff.
