Smile help hands or helping hands?

I wonder which one is right between the two sentences.

    1. If you need some help hands to set up a web server, contact me anytime.
    2. If you need some helping hands to set up a web server, contact me anytime.

Also, I wonder about the sentence structure that starts with if.
    for example,

    1. I would appreciate it if you could/or would help me.
2.I would appreciate it if you helped me.
    which one is right?

looking forward to seeing your answer.

If you want to use the phrase 'helping hand', you would probably say:

"If you need a helping hand to set up a web server, contact me anytime."
