Default at the market in the market

    Hi,
Could you please tell me which is correct:
    1. She usually buys vegetables at the market.
    2. She usually buys vegetables in the market.
In what context am I likely to see in the market?
    TIA

Default Re: at the market in the market

I would use 'at the market' just as I would say: "I bought the book at the bookstore"
