    Hello Adull

I've heard "nuisance caller" and "malicious caller".

Other members may be able to think of other terms!

    All the best,

I'd call that a "crank caller"

Re: sb dialing an unknow number

If the person cursed at me or was otherwise rude, I'd call it a "crank" call. If the person was playing a so-called joke (like dialing my number and asking "Is your refrigerator running? Well, you'd better go catch it!"), I'd call that a "prank" call.
