    Smile plz. physically fit or physically sound?

    In the following sentence,
    Arm exercises are an ideal way to become physically < > .
    A. fit B. sound C. secure D. well.

    I don't know exactly the difference between A and B

    the answer maybe A

    please help me.

    Questionable advice, but perfectly good usage.
