    Default softly blended?

"Softly blended eyelid make-up enhances the eye."

What does "softly blended" mean here?

When you apply two or more different colors of eye shadow, it's best to use the applicator or a cotton swab to smudge them a bit, or blend them together, so that it's not obvious where one color ends and the next begins.
