    Default better expression

The customers under the MG interface should be able to make calls with each other.
After disabling the MG interface, the customers under the MG interface should still be able to make calls with each other.
    Can I delete 'each other'.

A: if you delete 'each other', the meaning becomes a bit more vague (harder to know exactly what you mean) but, alas, it is still gramatically correct.

If it is important that the customers can call each other as opposed to making calls to others, I would not take it out.

I would say "make calls to each other".
