Question Is there any water on the bridge

What does it mean when one says "that's water on the bridge" or " there's water on the bridge". I heard this in a TV discussion.

We say that when a problem's water under the bridge, it is all forgotten and forgiven now. Therefore, depending on the context, I would assume that it means that there is still a problem now.

Is it possible that you misunderstood "water under the bridge"?

We also have "water over the dam" with the same meaning.
