    correct the sentence pls

    Hello,

    could you please proofread and correct the following sentence:

    Complete invoicing will be carried out not later than in December 2004 for the whole season.

    Usually, "no later than" requires a specific date. It is too firm for a vague phrase like "in December 2004". I also would move the ending prepositional phrase.

    Complete invoicing for the whole season will be completed no later than December 31, 2004.
