Talking helpng hands or help hands?

which one is right? helping hands or help hands?

If you need some helping hands( or help hands) in setting up a Web server, just get in touch with me

also, what do you think of the following sentnece? Can I start a sentence like we request... when we aks something?

We request that you contact us at the soonest available time.

    I always appreciate your help

    Helping hands,

Your usage of We request is fine; 'soonest available time' sounds a bit odd, but it's not incorrect - I'd just expect something like 'soonest possible opportunity'.

In AE, we would commonly say "contact us at your earliest convenience."
