    Question imperatives

Imperatives are used to show a request or command. I want to know when we add please to an imperative does it show just a request or it can show a command too?

Are you seriously interested in the answer? Can you give a command with "please". If you can it's not a command it's a request, then.
    Best wishes

That depends on how it is said and who says it. It can still be a command if it is from someone in authority.
