    Is this senntence correct grammatically???????????????????

Just like the teacher was criticised because of his innovation in teaching, so does the pupil is criticised for his bad behaviour.

    I'd try something like this:
Just as the teacher was criticised because of his innovation in teaching, so is the pupil criticised for his bad behaviour.

    Would this be better?

Just as the teacher was criticised because of his innovative teaching methods, the pupil was also criticised for his bad behaviour.
