    Default Got or gotten

Why we use past form of the verb in perfect tense when grammatically it shud be past participle.
Ex- I had got a horrible experience from dealer
or I had gotten a horrible experience from dealer.
    which is correct please advice.

Actually, it is the past participle.

The verb "get" goes like this:
    get, got, got

    OR

get, got, gotten <esp. American English>

So, to your question, both I had got and I had gotten are correct.

Your example sentence is not correct. One does not "get" an experience.
Your example is in the past perfect form. As was already said "got" is a past participle of "get" (along with "gotten").

A correct past perfect example with "get" is:

John had got/gotten a new coat just before the first snow storm.

Your sentence would be correct as "I had a horrible experience at the dealership." (past tense of "have")
I had had a horrible experience at the dealership. (past perfect of "have")
