    Is this correct?

    Hi teachers,

The following phrase appears in an article regarding customs rules:

Import/Export Goods Recipient/Sender Declaration Registration Certificate

I want to know if the structure of this phrase is correct? Would it be OK or better if I put it this way: Certificate of Import/Export Goods Recipient/Sender Declaration Registration

Probably only needs a / as in red. I assume it is a heading.

Thank you very much curmudgeon. So the term "Declaration Registration Certificate" seems ok?

Yes, if the sender is making the declaration then that seems fine

I disagree with curmudgeon. IMO, "goods" is the noun that is modified by either "import" or "export". This is a Goods Declaration Registration Certificate that is used by recipients who import goods or senders who export goods. The title is a mess.

I think yours is the better of the two, Sallie.
