    Gramatically correct?

    Dear Teachers,

    This is the first time for me to post a question in this forum.
    I wrote a research question. Is the below sentence gramatically correct?
    ------------------------------
    Is it possible to tackle poverty, unemployment and distributional issues only through increasing growth and/or remaining the underlying power relation of conventional structure,particularly with and within Bretton Woods institutions?
    -------------------------------

    Thank you for your attention,
    Scala

    It might be better to break it down into parts.

    Is it possible to tackle poverty, unemployment and distributional issues only through increasing growth?

    That makes sense, the next bit does not:

    and/or remaining the underlying power relation of conventional structure, particularly with and within Bretton Woods institutions?

    Maybe;

    Or is it dependent on the underlying relationship of conventional structure within Bretton Woods’s institutions?

    So, it could make sense like this, although maybe I’ve changed the context somewhere .

    Is it possible to tackle poverty, unemployment and distributional issues only through increasing growth, or is it dependent on the underlying relationship of conventional structure within Bretton Woods’s institutions?
