    Default Comma Placement

The seeds that will swell and show micropylar bursting, in Petri dish germinators will be considered nondormant, while those that fail to do so under the same conditions will be considered dormant.

I think it it should be ....bursting, in Petri dish germinators, will.....

    Am I right? Thanks.

Not in my opinion. The first "will" is an error.
