    Default Capitals, Dashes,Semicolons

    Hi, again I need to check my answers.

    1. I received about fifty--no,it was more like sixty--calls about the accident.
    should I have used the dashes or commas or what?

    2. His favorite sports are football, basketball, and swimming, but mine are volleyball, baseball, and boxing.

    Should I use a comma between the words "swimming, but" Or a semi colon or colon or a dash or what?

    3. "I knew I could count on Aunt Mary's support,"she said. But how could I break the news to my uncle?"

    Should Aunt be captalized? Also the word but should that be a small letter or a capital?
    ====================================
    4. The general's only response was, "No commet."
    Should " no" be a capital?

    Everything is just fine. You don't need to change a thing.

    (In a direct quote you capitalize the beginning of a sentence. Example:
    • He said, "No comment.")
