    Default more than 1 semicolon

Is it okay to use more than 1 semicolon in a sentence if the sentence does not contain a list?

It is rare, but it could be done in a very complex sentence.

I have, frankly, as far as I can recall, never seen that done. If you will submit a sample sentence I can give you my opinion on it.

Obviously, I don't have one off the top of my head- I'll have to go search.
