    Question Sentence formation

The charges that are newly added can be deleted, but the already existing new charges cannot be deleted.
So, can I wrote it as "Only newly added Charges can be deleted". Is this sentence formation right? If not, please tell me the correct sentence.

The sentence is fine for that meaning.
