    which one can i say. i would prolly expect more than one difference between the two sports, right. so should i pluralize it

    Yes, plural - unless you want to be extremely sarcastic: 'What is the difference between football and rugby? They both involve a lot of overgrown schoolboys chasing a ball about a field. Different shape of ball - that's all.'

    The second is technically correct, but the first would also be very common.
    "Difference" can be used as a state of being and, as such, can be uncountable.

    "Prolly" should be "probably".
