    Question Nipple police

What do the words/phrases in bold in the following paragraph mean:"The Chief Minister of a major state is a mass murderer. The PimeMinister of India is a small-time manipulator who masquerades as a statesman. The Information & Broadcasting Minister should find better things to do than set up a nipple police. The President of the Congress Party is a sleazeball. The Chief Ministere of the one of the Southern States is a fruitcake. "

A fruitcake is a a person who behaves in a strange or crazy way: She’s nutty as a fruitcake.

A sleazeball is a dishonest or immoral person.

That's a nice article BobK, but couldn't you send one showing why they are banning it?

I try not to get involved - I'm not even sure what the 'it' is that they're banning.

I suspect they are talking about the moral dangers of sheer clinging garments which shown everything underneath.
