    Default to blame?

    Hello everyone..it's a quickie..

    1." only I'm to blame for this fiasco.." is the correct way of saying it.
    " only I'm to be blame for this fiasco..." what's wrong with one?? can't we say it this way.. I've heard people say that..

    2." I love you and always will.. " is the right way..
    but can't we say.. " I love you and will always do.." what's wrong with this one?
    thanks..
    Ali.

    I think here you have to separate "I'm"

    so the sentence will be;
    only I am to blame for this fiasco

    Which means that I am the only one to blame

    Default Re: to blame?

    only I'm to be blame for this fiasco
    If it can be said like this (I leave this to the teachers)

    It should be;

    Only I am to be blamed for this fiasco.
