    (Just is a fundamental social value aiming to harmonize human relations with the stake for all in the orderly existence of society.)


    What is the meaning of this sentence?

    Particulary I don't understand (social value, stake)

    Are you sure it isn't "Justice is a..."
    to rephrase the definition "Justice is a fundamental social value aiming to harmonize human relations with the stake for all in the orderly existence of society",
    Justice is a system which is worthy and important in a culture/society/group which tries to make peace and order for everyone.
    social value=something that is important and worthy in a culture/society/group
    stake=benefit?
