    Default business letter

Hello! If you see any mistakes, let me have your comments. Thanks in advance.

In addition , I am mainly responsible for the development of new business from R&D product. I want to discuss with you about a matter of mutual concern in the near future

    R&D prduct- singular???
I would like to discuss a matter of mutual concern with you in the near future- is it a problem? If so, then 'concern' is fine, but if it's an opportunity or something positive, then I would say 'mutual interest'
