    Question Indefinite article:

    When do we pronounce the indefinite article 'a' as [eI] and when as [a]???

    Re: Indefinite article:

    We say [eI] when we wish to emphasise the article, so the normal pronunciation is the schwa sound as we generally don't need to stress it.
