    Hi, Stephanie,
I'm a litte bit confused by your sentence and question. I guess you wanna know the grammatical terms. Here goes:
In your sentence, like [list] predicate / verb
    rainy[list] adjective
    weather[list] noun

    P.S. Sind Sie Deutsch?

Yes, As Ron said the predicate is "like rainy weather". The predicate consists of the main verb plus any adverbs, objects, complements and their modifiers.

    hi Stephanie
I must admit I was wrong. Don't get confused by my explanation.
Mike NY and Ron Bee are right.
    My apology :(
