emotions before exams - teacher's opinions or maybe treatment
I would like to ask especially the teachers as they have passed through many exams: what kind of methods of anti-stress do you advice before exams? I always have terrible stomach botherings before entering to an exam.

Before an exam, or a situation where I'm being examined - an observed lesson, or something like that - I always try to take a walk out of doors and breathe a lot of fresh air. I don't know if this is generally advisable, but it usually works for me. (Even if the fresh air isn't important in itself, allowing time for a walk makes you early.)
