I'd start by proving:
1. that modern surveillance technology is so advanced and why that is related to the given issue
2. what the workers believe about their personal rights or how their personal rights may be or have been impacted or compromised
3. what employers believe about why they need to be able to monitor the actions of their workers.
With modern surveillance technology being as advanced as it has become, the issue of Employee Privacy In The Workplace today has become a tug-of-war between the personal rights of workers and the need and capability of employers to monitor the actions of their workers.
