Hi. Is there any difference between "Fine by/with me"?

. There's a difference historically - by me is an Americanism, probably introduced by German-speaking immigrants (transliterating their bei mir), but there's no substantial difference today (although maybe - to my ear anyway - 'by me' is less formal).
