At present, I have some problem in using English, as a second language in my country. Frankly, I studied English so much 5 years ago but my present job needn't use it any more so I watsed much time for it. Now, I want to improve it more ad more especially in speaking and listening when I am going to apply for another job that fluent in English is required.
So please give me some good advices so that I could more confident in contacting with many people that very good at English
I thank you very much for your help and have a very nice day!
Welcome to the forum, Hongyuan. Your written English is pretty good, so you obviously have a good grounding in it. There are no secrets to developing fluency- you simply have to practise a lot. We'll happily try to help, and here are some sites that might be useful for listening skills: http://www.usingenglish.com/links/Listening/index.html
Have as much contact as you can with speakers of English, as you can here, and get used to the ways we use the language.
