    Plural

Which is the correct plural of 'Fish'? -'Fishes' or 'Fish' itself. Someone once told me that the correct plural of the noun 'Fish' is the noun itself. But I have often read 'Fishes' in several different texts. So which one is correct?

    They are both possible.

They are, but 'fish' is much more common.
