    An ordinary member.

An ordinary member is one, who purchase a share or interest in the capital of the society. Such a member joins in the application for registeration of a co-operative society and which is subsequently registered.

    I understood its direct meaning.

But I could not understand what it is actually mean?

    Could anyone explain it?

    Re: An ordinary member.

You say you understood its "direct" meaning - please can you tell us what it is that you have understood. Incidentally, it looks like only part of a sentence - have you left some out?

An ordinary member is one, who purchase a share or interest in the capital of the society. Such a member joins in the application for registeration of a co-operative society and which is subequently registered.

I understood the above highlighted sentence as following :

Co-operative society writes an application to the registeration office where registeration is done.
    So,
such a member Joins in the application -- means -- in that application whose name is included is a member.
