Welcome to the forum. We can help you, but it's better if you ask more specific questions- there is no simple answer about how to learn fluently.

    Default ideas to start with

    Hi

Nice to meet you VIP Student.
I am a Canadian student who is studying Japanese.
To help you with your English here are a few things you can do

Some ways to get started are.

-Volunteer at an English-speaking club or group.
-English movies. Watch them with the subtitles on.
-English short stories and magazines. You can read them and still have pictures to help with the story. Even reading kids books are a good way to start.
-English music will help but itís very fast.
-Use the Internet like you are doing.

These ideas will get you started on your English study.
    Good luck!!!
