    Which of these sentences are correct or preferred?

    1. Writer disclaims all liability for his comment, opinion or idea.

    2. Writer disclaims all liabilities for his comments, opinions or ideas.

    3. Writer disclaims all liabilities for your perusal of his comments.

    4. Writer disclaims all liability for your perusal of his commentary.

    5. Writer disclaims all liabilities for your perusal of his commentaries.

    I would say none of them work because a writer cannot disclaim liability for what he or she writes.
