    Default Stand Back

    Dear Teachers,

    A. "Stand back!" means "back off!", correct?

    B. "Back away!" means "go away!" or "beat it!", correct?

    Thanks a million

'Stand back' could be used to create some space, when people are crowding around an accident. 'Back away' would be used in the sense you give it.
