    complaint

    Hi,

    I have the following question:

If you purchase e.g. shoes and discover any defects, will you file a complaint of defects? Or is it called a "complaint about defects"? Or do you have any other expression?

    Thank you very much.

    Hanka

    Re: complaint

You could write a letter of complaint about the delivery of defective goods, or refusing to accept defective goods,....
