    Hi,

    could you please proofread the following text (especially the highlighted parts):

    The Client is entitled to withdraw from this Contract if the Supplier fails to meet a contractual obligation even in the additional period despite the Clients’s prior written notice or otherwise repeatedly and grossly fails to meet his obligations under this contract despite prior written notice by the client´s representative.

[why is there a difference here = should it not be in both cases either "the Client's prior written notice" OR "prior written notice from the Client or the Client's appointed representative"]
