    Post Kindly correct the letter

    This is to authorize MR. xxx who is my brother, holder of account no.xxx in your bank, to collect the deed to the property held as collateral for this loan, for my behalf.

    So, please immediately return the deed to the above said person.

    You don't need to say this as you have already indicated (a) he is to collect the deed and (b) you have authorized him to do so.
