    Post sore Vs ache

I would like to know when to use sore, ache, as well as hurt and pain

    Examples,

Can i say, The old lady has got a sore ear?

What about, The girl has a pain in her ear.

or, the boy has a throatache.

I really donīt know when to use each. Thankssss I hope you can clear my doubt.
