    exposure

Hi, teachers! I'm back now. :) How have you been these days?
As for me, just passed a preliminary examination some day ago. I feel somewhat a little happy.

Here I want to ask you one question, could you please help me?
Coleman says that based on what he's seen at big companies, he weighs the different elements that make for long term career success as follows: performance counts a mere 10%, image, 30%; and exposure, a full 60%.

what does the exposure here mean?

    Thank you!

I think what is meant by exposure there is becoming known. The more people who know about you the greater your exposure is.

    :)
