    First, I want to thank the members of this forum for their help and support that I received . And second, I feel that I am very lucky to join in this remarkable forum and be a member of it .
    Okay here is my question:
    what is the difference of syllabic, monosyllabic, and polysyllabic?

    Syllabic refers to syllable. For example, syllabic stress.
    Monosyllabic refers to one single syllable. Mono means one, for example, the word "go" is monosyllabic, because it has only one syllable. Polysyllabic refers to words that have three or more syllables, poly means many, for example, the word "evolution" is polysyllabic. disyllable means two syllables.
