    Skipper Rahul Dravid has blamed the batsmen for India's 69-run loss to Sri Lanka on Friday, which has left them all but eliminated from the World Cup.

    The Indian team is nearly out of the World Cup because they have failed to achieve the necessary runs to place them high on the results list. Note that the phrase is "all but"
