Here is the topic, maybe it can help ...

Learn to ski (classes for children?) at the White Mountain Ski Resort in the most beautiful part of Switzerland. Learn the basics with our instructors in just three lessons. Small classes (how many people?). All rooms have a TV and open fire. Evening entertainment (what exactly) provided.

In the brackets there are the notes I have made for myself and I must use them in my letter and here is a list of things I must mention in my letter as well.

Must go in first two weeks of January.

I am not sure what "separate bathroom" means. Maybe it means you don't have to share a bathroom.

If you want to enquire whether the room HAS a bathroom so you will not be sharing you will be asking : does the room has private facilities i.e. bath and toilet ?

In a more luxurious context (adults in a hotel) a bathroom that you don't have to share is called an 'en suite bathroom', sometimes abbreviated to just 'en suite': 'I want a double room with en suite.' [Pronounce it with a French accent, but not too French: 'on sweet' will do!]

    Say:
Do we need to bring our own skis?
    Can we rent skis?
    Do the instructors speak English?
We need to go in the first two weeks of January.
Do bathrooms come with the rooms?

    P.S.

As Sidneysider noted, you can ask if the room has private facilities. Also:
    We rent equipment.
    We hire labor.

    Thanks, Bob!

(I haven't traveled outside of the country, so a hotel or motel without private baths is "foreign" to me.)
