I am vey confused when they say simple present verb to be. Does to be change when used with different subjects like I am, he is, we are etc but it is just a single verb or is it combined with order verbs like "to work" etc.
I am thinking that to be is just one verb and that changes its form when used with different subjects like I am, He is, We are etc. Am I correct?
Thanks Harry for replying. I am not very clear when you said "to have" too. Could you please throw some light on it.
